Session: Skate Sim (Game Preview) is heading into its final year of production after being in Xbox Game Preview since 2019. It’s been a fantastic journey, and we would not have been here today without our awesome fans from the Xbox Community. Session: Skate Sim has been built from the ground up with a focus on realism. We’ve always been focused on delivering a super realistic simulation and despite the assumption that Session: Skate Sim is animation based, this physics update finally proves how much of a misconception that was, as we couldn’t have reached this level of realism without being fully physics driven from the get-go. The building blocks are finally in place and shaping up to become what we’ve always envisioned for the game. Your velocity, player weight, length of the board, and even the size of the wheels all determine what ‘real world’ physics are applied to the Skateboard.
